Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment is received. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are based on the number of jars ordered:

• 1 bottle : free shipping

• 2–3 bottles : $15 shipping

Shipping fees are calculated and shown at checkout.

Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping carrier. Blood Sugar Balance is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Address Responsibility

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Free In-Store Pickup (By Appointment Only)

We offer FREE in-store pickup for customers who select local pickup at checkout.
 

• No shipping fees apply to in-store pickup orders

• Pickup is by appointment only and must be confirmed before arrival

• Customers will receive a confirmation message when their order is ready

• Orders may only be picked up after the appointment has been confirmed

• Please bring your order confirmation at the time of pickup
  
  Orders not picked up within 5 days of confirmation may be canceled at our discretion. Refunds will be process back for unclaimed orders.
